Sarah suffers from a very painful variation of Rheumatoid Arthritis called Spondyloarthropathy and she has very kindly kept an account of her pain levels throughout the month of June and July, when she began taking Yellow Pup turmeric curcumin extract.
We hope this account will help others with similar issues to find a reduction in pain.

Yellow Pup Diary June 2020
I was diagnosed with spondyloarthropathy 8 years ago – an autoimmune disease which is a variation of rheumatoid arthritis.
The joint most affected is my right wrist but I also have painful flare ups once or twice within a 3-month period which I find is caused by fighting off a cold, stress, sleep or what I eat and drink, which can affect alternate joints in my body including a toe, an elbow, one side of my jaw and sometimes one of my ankles which disables me to walk on it for 1-2 days.
My wrist hurts daily, with fluctuating pain. I have reduced movement in my wrist and high swelling, and it is warm to touch due to the inflammation.
I take 10mg Prednisolone (steroid) once per day.
When I have a painful flare up, I tend to take Paramol (codeine and paracetamol) and Ibuprofen to manage the pain, for 1-3 days, sometimes can be up to 5 days.
Other vitamins I take daily are: Omega 3 Fish Oil, Oil of Evening Primrose and Vitamin D. I also take a capful of organic apple cider vinegar.
